Try Shooting Day

SSAA NSW invites you to attend our Narrabri Try Shooting day, where our highly trained range officers will show you how to handle a firearm and enjoy the sport, safely. You will learn to shoot with a .22 calibre scoped, bolt-action rifle at various targets, within your chosen two-hour session.

Our Try Shooting sessions are designed for complete beginners, but can cater for participants of all skill levels, with the aim to ensure you learn to shoot in a safe, fun, and friendly environment. No previous experience is required.

Schedule:

• Session 1: 11am-1pm (latest arrival time is 10:30am).
• Session 2: 2pm-4pm (latest arrival time is 1:30pm).

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your session time to allow for the completion of sign-in.

Each session will have a maximum of 20 participants – so get in quick!

Cost:

Attendance costs are $25 per person. This includes range fees, use of equipment and ammunition. There will also be a BBQ lunch and drinks (bottled water and some cans of soft-drink only) provided for participants.
