Santos Festival of Rugby – Day 1

The biannual Santos Festival of Rugby is back for 2025.

The Qld Reds and NSW Waratahs will once again battle it out on the field for the Santos Cup.

Check out the program for Saturday’s events below, the festivities will continue after the games wrap up with live music carrying us into the night.

Food trucks will be on site.

Saturday, 20 September Program:

12.30pm – Learning with Legends.

Join the Classic Wallabies at Dangar Park for a junior rugby skills session before the gates open to the public. Festival tickets are required for entry and participation.

1.30pm – Gates Open.

2.00pm – Reds 7s v Tahs 7s, Game 1

2.30pm – Reds v Tahs, Super W – Santos Cup Match

4.30pm – Reds 7s v Tahs 7s, Game 2

5.45pm – Reds v Tahs, Super Rugby – Santos Cup Match

8.30pm – Venue Closes.

Free Shuttle Bus

Save the worry about parking and make use of the free shuttle bus.

The Bus will run approximately every 30 minutes throughout the event.

Pick up/drop off stops, Tourist Hotel, Crossing Theatre, Club Motor Inn, RSL Club (Maitland Street, southern end and Dangar Park.
