Run For Country Documentary Screening

Filmed at the 2025 Pilliga Ultra, Run for Country is a documentary exploring the connection many locals, farmers, runners and families have to the Pilliga forest and their desire to see it protected for future generations.
The film shares a range of community perspectives about the future of the forest and the broader conversations surrounding land use in the region.
In collaboration with Ben & Jerry’s, three screenings will be held across New South Wales in early 2026, with a Q&A featuring Suellyn Tighe, Gomeroi Campaigner; Sally Hunter, Lock the Gate, and; Jo Evans, North West Protection Advocacy following the screening.
Tickets are free, however registrations are essential.
