
Jayden Gunn from Birdlife Australia, will provide an insightful presentation on the iconic Glossy Black Cockatoo including its key identification features, specific habitat, feed tree requirements, and new nestboxes designed specifically for Glossies. Julie from Pilliga Pottery, an expert and enthusiast on the birds on site, will join us for the bird walk.
Be prepared for the short birdwatching walk by wearing sturdy boots and warm clothing. Bring a notepad/pen, smartphone with your favourite Bird App and binoculars.
