Beginners\’ Meditation Workshop

Join Kayla for this new and informative program, introducing meditation and the bountiful benefits it can bring.
It runs for 30mins each Tuesday (12pm-12.30pm), therefore making it accessible for those who work to come along during a lunch break, with time afterwards to eat!
These 30mins of meditation can help to:
• Increase focus and cognitive function
• Improve sleep
• Find clarity, especially with making decisions
• De-stress, relax and find your calm
• Settle the overworked and overwhelmed mind
• Re-charge your batteries
• Improve mental health (anxiety, depression, etc)
• Lower blood pressure
• Increase immunity
• Enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation
This program is open to all (men and women), even if you are an experienced meditator, you are more than welcome also.
Cost: $15.00 per class
