Join us for guided mindfulness and meditation workshops designed to help you slow down, rest your nervous system and build calm into everyday life.

- No prior meditation experience needed
Workshop Details:
Monday Evenings 6.00pm to 7.00pm
9 & 23 Feb, 9 & 23 Mar
Tuesday Mornings 9.00am to 10.00am
10 & 24 Feb, 10 & 24 Mar
$30 casual class or $100 for the four.
