A Walk Through Your Favourite Landscape with Buttonhole Stitch Workshop

18 May @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Local embroiderers! Do you feel like taking “A Walk Through Your Favourite Landscape with Buttonhole Stitch”?

The Narrabri group of the Embroiderers’ Guild of NSW is running a workshop on Saturday 17 May and Sunday 18 May 2025. The tutor will be Helen Parsons, who has this to say about the workshop:

Do you have a favourite landscape that fills your heart with joy and evokes fond memories? Would you like to take that landscape home with you so you can gaze on it every day? This relaxed and fun two-day workshop class is an opportunity to play with your favourite cotton, silk or wool fabrics and threads, photographs of your special landscapes, and simple buttonhole stitch. Working directly with fabrics and threads is a fun way to explore and to do something different in the world of embroidery.

The cost is $140 for non-members for the two-day workshop which will be held in Narrabri.

A $50 non-refundable deposit from participants is required. In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, there will be a full refund.
