The property\, called “Castletop” and also known as Bike Territory\, is a functioning stay-and-ride venue that some of you may have sampled already. For those who haven’t\, rest assured it’s pretty epic! \nThe event venue is about 35 minutes northeast of Narrabri\, and features 3000+ acres of unreal riding terrain. The Transmoto 8-Hour’s loop utilises a bunch of exclusive tracks\, specifically cut in for the event. With a mega mix of grasstrack\, hillclimbs\, flowing tree-lined singletrack and views\, this is one for the bucket list. For those who live in the North West Slopes of NSW and haven’t been able to get out to a Transmoto event\, now is the time to rally your riding crew and make plans for your first one. \nA 6-8km non-competitive Juniors/Ladies Loop will also run on Saturday\, May 3\, at the 2025 Transmoto 8-Hour at Narrabri\, so bring the whole family. \n\nEntries for this Transmoto event go on sale from 6pm AEDT on Tuesday\, February 25\, for Transmoto Tribe members\, and Thursday\, February 27\, for general entries. \nFor all the info you’ll need to enter CLICK HERE

Do you feel like taking “A Walk Through Your Favourite Landscape with Buttonhole Stitch”? \nThe Narrabri group of the Embroiderers’ Guild of NSW is running a workshop on Saturday 17 May and Sunday 18 May 2025. The tutor will be Helen Parsons\, who has this to say about the workshop: \nDo you have a favourite landscape that fills your heart with joy and evokes fond memories? Would you like to take that landscape home with you so you can gaze on it every day? This relaxed and fun two-day workshop class is an opportunity to play with your favourite cotton\, silk or wool fabrics and threads\, photographs of your special landscapes\, and simple buttonhole stitch. Working directly with fabrics and threads is a fun way to explore and to do something different in the world of embroidery. \nThe cost is $140 for non-members for the two-day workshop which will be held in Narrabri. \nA $50 non-refundable deposit from participants is required.
