DESCRIPTION:Filmed at the 2025 Pilliga Ultra\, Run for Country is a documentary exploring the connection many locals\, farmers\, runners and families have to the Pilliga forest and their desire to see it protected for future generations. \nThe film shares a range of community perspectives about the future of the forest and the broader conversations surrounding land use in the region. \nIn collaboration with Ben & Jerry’s\, three screenings will be held across New South Wales in early 2026\, with a Q&A featuring Suellyn Tighe\, Gomeroi Campaigner; Sally Hunter\, Lock the Gate\, and; Jo Evans\, North West Protection Advocacy following the screening. \nTickets are free\, however registrations are essential.
